Self-Inquiry
Self-inquiry is a turning of attention and curiosity inwards towards yourself and asking “Who am I?” Asking this question brings us closer to our true nature, as we become aware that we are awareness itself.
These writings, quotes, poems, and recordings invite you to enter into your own process of self-inquiry.
Change your opinion about one thing.
Change your opinion about one thing, truly and deeply, and see what happens. Pick a belief, and explore what happens when you give yourself permission to contemplate that it might not be true? At least not completely.
Who would you be if it is not true?
When you have explored both sides, allow yourself to stay in the middle point, in-between the two sides. For a moment, allow yourself to live in the “I don’t know” - the in-between.
Nothing in the world of form is completely true. But, everything is true, relatively. Only the “I don’t know” is complete. From there, all the partial truths arise.
Open up your mind. Find your middle ground!

When everything is in turmoil it is the perfect time to awaken…
And when everything is tranquil it is the perfect time to awaken.

I came upon you
In the midnight sky,
Your eye
Took me to the verge
Of this place on earth.
When I perceive of stillness speak
Not to the thrill of it all,
But from a spark of not at all.
Begin to climb and climb,
Aware.
Just leave it there…
